POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS:
You will receive email and text notifications upon appointment approval. You will also receive reminders 2 weeks + 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee equalling 50% of the price of the service or forfeiture of your deposit.
MINORS RECEIVING SERVICES:
We are happy to service clients under 18 years of age with a parent present or a signed Consent & Release Form.
REDOS:
We take great pride in our work, but if for any reason an adjustment is needed please let us know within 5 business days. We are always happy to make adjustments when necessary. If you would like for another stylist to perform the adjustment please let us know!
CHARGEBACKS:
In the event of a chargeback being filed M+Co Salon will not allow client any future bookings or services.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
If for any reason your stylist is not comfortable moving forward with your service they are within their rights to refuse the service. Our main goal is for everyone to love their hair and if we are unable to see the same vision as our clients we prefer to not proceed.
